从超级巨型大学到一流开放大学——中国广播电视大学30年发展历程回顾与未来展望

今年是中国广播电视大学而立之年,它已经走过了30年辉煌而曲折的历程,由初创期的快速发展和繁荣,转而由开放趋于封用而走入低谷,继而恢复改革开放而获得新的生机,近10年以开放教育试点项目参加高校现代远程教育工程试点而再造辉煌.本文在回顾中国电大30年发展历程的基础上展望未来,指出"从超级巨型大学到一流开放大学"的转型是中国电大在21世纪初叶的战略发展目标,是中国实现"由人口大国到人力资源强国"的国家发展战略的重要组成部分.

From Super Mega-University To First-class Open University:Review and Perspectives on the Development of CRTVUs in Past Thirty Years

2009 is the 30th anniversary since the foundation of Central Radio and TV University system (CRTVUs)in 1979. The CRTVU system has had a difficult but glories history.
