摘    要:高等教育要不要或如何按产业方式运营以及在运营过程中能否进行产权界定,是高校能否较快发展的关键。高校只有按产业方式运营,并引进新的制度安排,把教育劳务产品的所有权交给高校,高校金矿中的知识与技术才能被源源不断地开采出来。

Abstract:Higher education, whether and how it operates as the industrial way, and whether its property can be bound in the operating process, is the key of fast development of it. This article holds that knowledge and technology in the gold mine of the institution of higher education would be exploited incessantly if the institution of higher education can operate in accordance with the industrial way, and introduces a new arrange of system, then posses the ownership of educational product and service.
