| 摘 要： | 近年来,中国吸收外国直接投资（FDI）呈现出逐年增长趋势,而全球的吸收FDI呈现先增长后下降再增长的趋势.分析对比其特征,发现中国吸收FDI在投资演进、方式、规模、领域、企业属性、制度、中介机构发育程度、文化等八个方面与全球的FDI存在着一定的不协调性.认识这一差异对于推动中国吸引外商直接投资具有积极的意义.

| Abstract: | In recently years, FDI in China is increasing year by year, but FDI in the whole world increase, then go down,afterwards, and then increase. After analyzing their characteristics, we conclude that FDI in China is inconsonance with the whole world in the fields of investment succession, mode, scale, scopes, attribute of enterprises, institution, maturity of agency and culture, etc. Realizing the inconsonance is important for Chinas attracting FDI. |
