摘    要:诗词的翻译是一项浩大的工程,不仅要考虑诗词的内容,因为诗词特殊的形式结构,还要考虑到诗词的风格、意境和韵律等方面的因素。苏轼的《江城子》虽短,但却表达了作者丰富的情感世界。从许渊冲、杨宪益和汉学家Burton Watson的译文对比中,三个译者的译本均忠实于原词,都注重对词的音韵风格和意境的翻译,译文具有音韵美和意境美。相比许和杨,Burton Watson更倾向于直译,许和杨更注重词意境的翻译,更能让读者领会到这首词所要表达的悲切和思念。

Abstract:The Translation of poems is a great project in which not only the contents of the poems,but also the style,sense and rhythm and so on,should be taken into consideration.Brief as it is,Su Shi's Jiang Cheng Zi conveys an ocean of emotions.A comparison of three English versions of the poem shows that innovation,rather than faithfulness,is needed when it comes to the translation of poems so as to fully express the beauty of the poem's rhythm and meaning.
