| 摘 要： | 欠发达地区具有不同于发达地区的特点,因此实现欠发达地区的城乡统筹发展也具有不同于发达地区的特殊性。浙江省推进城乡统筹发展的模式主要以促进县域经济发展为切入点,在借鉴国内外现有理论与实践的基础上提出丽水市统筹城乡发展的3个创新模式,即开发区—地产发展模式、农业产业化带动发展模式、县际帮扶模式。
