| 摘 要： | 高校教学管理是全要素、全方位、全过程、高层次的管理,具有决策与计划、组织与指挥、协调与控制、进行教学质量检查与评价等职能.高校深化教学改革,提高教学质量必须加强教学管理工作,尤其是构建一支具备较强综合素质;包括政治、思想、文化、业务、身心素质的教学管理队伍,这是提高教学管理水平的前提和保证.
