| Abstract: | At the age of knowledge economy, the cultivation of creative personnel is called. The creative personnel cannot be cultivated without higher institutions. In order to meet the harsh challenge of knowledge economy, higher institution should reconsider its status; renew its system, which will provide a never-ending force that will surely motivate the development of higher institution. |
