A faculty views its retirement benefit plan: An empirical observation and analysis

What is the level of a faculty's knowledge of its pension plan, and what are its attitudes toward and opinions of its benefit plan? A questionnaire solicited data from one faculty in order to investigate these questions, as well as to measure the effect of marital status, the number of years employed, and proximity to retirement on the responses.
