浅谈构建跨学科复合型师资队伍对商务英语专业发展的意义

自2007年我国增设商务英语本科专业以来,我国的商务英语学科得到了蓬勃的发展。对于这样一个年轻而又蓬勃发展的专业来说,构建一支相配套的师资队伍显得尤为重要。利用文献法,从跨学科复合型师资的要求出发,结合商务英语专业的学科内涵、社会诉求等角度,旨在阐明跨学科复合型师资队伍对商务英语专业发展的意义,提出既然商务英语专业培养的是跨学科复合型人才,那么就应该有跨学科复合型师资队伍与之相配套的观点。提出构建跨学科复合型师资队伍的建议。

On the significance of the construction of compound interdisciplinary teachers to business English professional development

Since China has increased business English majors in 2007,business English as a discipline has been vigorous developed.For such a young and vigorous development of specialty,to construct a matching teacher team is very important.Using the literature method,from the requirements of compound interdisciplinary teaching,combine with the discipline connotation,social demand of business English specialty,aiming to elucidate the significance of the construction of compound interdisciplinary teachers to business English professional development,points out that since the business English professional is to cultivate interdisciplinary compound talents,then there should be interdisciplinary compound teachers and the views.Put forward the recommendations to build compound interdisciplinary faculty.
