| 摘 要： | 市场经济的良性运作需要完善的法律制度来保障,我国的经济建设正在迅速发展中,与之相关的法律制度建设也需要不断完善。在此过程中,要注意几个基本问题,它们是:宪法的稳定和与时俱进;承认公法与私法的区别;认识到市场经济条件下国家角色的双重性。
