从百家争鸣到求同存异--辛亥革命的性质述论

作为辛亥革命史研究的根本问题，性质研究的内涵与外延足以包涵19世纪末20世纪初中国社会变迁的全部内容，从这种意义上说，它就是辛亥革命史研究的本身。该文力图全面综述国内外数十年来各个学术流派和众多学者的不同论点与视角，在比较中考察其学术上的价值与得失。笔者认为，目前在辛亥革命性质问题的研究中不必先忙于定性，而应该在求同存异的原则下允许百花齐放，共同发展，并根据辛亥革命史研究的学术前沿和最新动态，展望性质问题研究的趋势。

From Letting A Hundred School of Thought Contend to Seeking Common Ground While Reserving Differences--The Remark on the Character of Xinhai Revolution

As the basic question in the study of the Xinhai Revolution, the character of the Xinhai Revolution is such a large question that it include all the aspects of the developing of China around 1910's. In this meaning, the study of the Xinhai Revolution's character is equal to the study of the Xinhai Revolution. This article tries to make a comprehensive summary about the various argument and visual angle of the different schools of thoughts and the numerous scholars both home and abroad in several ten years, and tries to inspect their value and their gain and loss in systematic learning. The author hold that when discussing the nature of Xinhai Revolution, we don't need to define its nature hastily, we should allow the existence and development of different views under the principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences, and then preview the trend of nature's research according academic forward position and recent development of the Xinhai Revolution's research.
