| 摘 要： | 新时期,我国农业和农村的经济发展呈现出诸多新的特点。如何能够按照农业和农村经济发展实际的要求,全面实施青年增收成才行动,这将直接关系到整个农业和农村发展的工作大局,也是当前青年工作的关键任务,所以,本文着重从统揽全局、城乡良性互动、有效服务等三方面,深入阐述了全面实施农村青年增收成才行动,以推进农村青年工作的一些新思路。
