山区农村谁种粮——四川筠连县农村种粮群体调查与思考

粮食问题关系到国家的稳定与安全．以四川省筠连县为调查样本，分析了我国西部山区谁在种粮、谁愿种粮，谁会种粮、谁来种粮的现状，其原因是，山区农民外出务工能脱贫，种粮辛苦地位低，投入大而收入少，由此提出了解决现状问题的一些办法供参考．以期引起有关部门及更多有识之士的关注和重视．

Who Plants the Crops for Us in the Mountainous Regions-- A survey of and reflection into the agricultural population in the rural area of Yunlian County in Sichuan

The problem of food plays a vital role in the national security and stability of a country.Taking the Yunlian as a sample,an analysis is made of the issues like who is planting the crops,who is willing to plant the crops,who is equipped with the planting skills and who can be relied on to plant the crops.The reasons that lead to the current dilemma include:to work in the cities as a laborer can rid farmers of poverty;planting crops is painstaking and is of poor economic return with a costly investment.And some counter-measures were put forth in the hope of providing some reference for problem-solving and rousing government’s attention in this regard.
