| 摘 要： | 对跳远助跑速度与运动成绩之间进行了辩证分析，认为跳远助跑速度提高对其运动成绩具有积极意义的体现在于一种宏观的发展趋势和统计规律；而在助跑速度提高的具体某阶段，需要构建与提高的助跑速度相匹配的力量素质和技术体系，形成以助跑速度提高为基点的螺旋上升的整体技术和运动成绩． |

| Abstract: | A dialectic analysis is made of the impact of the approach speed upon the long jump performance,which reveals that the approach speed plays a positive role in enhancing long jump performance.The point lies in that it manifests a macro developmental trend and the statistical law.While in doing the job of increasing the approach speed,it is of vital importance to set up a strength reinforcement system and technique system compatible with the approach speed promotion process so as to build up a holistic technical system of spiral escalation that is based on the enhancement of the approach speed. |
