“无为而治“是了解和遵循规律——“无为而治“管理思想在班级管理中应用探索

在新时期的教育环境中,班主任的工作越来越难做,而让学生的个性得到更好的发展,是当今以学生发展为本的教育主导思想。了解和遵循教育规律进行教育,是符合当今的教育形势和学生的成长规律。笔者以老子"无为而治"思想结合现代学校管理规律,试图找出更有效的德育模式,提高学校的德育功效,更好地为教师、学生和学生家长服务。
