| 摘 要： | 从生理学角度提出了技能战术能力的概念及其基本特征,分析了技战术形成和发展过程,以及影响技战术能力的关键因素,阐述了技能主导类项群技战术训练应注意遵循的生理学原理,指出加强技战术贮备、技战术实战应用程度力争达到自动化、培养运动员达到优秀或适应技战术要求的技能能级是技战术训练亟待重视的三个重要环节。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the definition and the basic characteristics of technical ability and tactics,makes a psychological analysis of the process of their formation and development,as well as the key factors influencing them.Meanwhile,this paper expounds the physiological principle to be followed in the training of skill-dominant-category tactical ability,and points out the three important sectors to be stressed in training technical ability and tactics: enhancing the accumulation of technical ability and tactics;promoting the application of the skills and tactics to a degree of automatization,and motivating the athletes to reach a required skill level or a level of excellence. |
