| 摘 要： | 本文在指出当前大学生心理健康教育存在问题的基础上,认为大学生心理健康教育应从大学生心理健康的微观方面着手予以加强和解决。主要体现在以下三个方面:(1)开展应对教育;(2)重视和深入开展体育和哲学教育;(3)开展自我效能教育,以期能对大学生心理健康教育的顺利开展有所裨益。
