关于新升本科院校转型的若干思考

近十年来，我国有100多所师专或高专通过合并、重组等形式升格为本科院校。这类新建本科院校最为急迫的问题是如何顺利实现转型。文章认为，转变观念是前提，注重质量是根本，夯实基础是关键，强化应用是方向。只有科学规划，积极转型，加强建设，才能使这类高校在日益激烈的竞争中形成自己的特色与优势，求得更好的发展。

Reflections upon Transformation of the Newly Upgraded Colleges

For the last ten years,more than 100 three-year colleges in our country have been upgraded to the four-year colleges by means of merger and reconstruction.It is urgent for these newly upgraded colleges to realize their transformation and this paper makes some preliminary considerations.First,to change the concepts is a prerequisite while it is fundamental to emphasize the quality and to lay a solid foundation which are oriented toward application.It is also a must to scientifically make plans,actively promote the transformation and strengthen the construction in order to gain an edge in the increasingly fierce competition.
