| 摘 要： | 首先分析了图书馆联盟相关因素如何影响知识转移绩效,构建了联盟图书馆间知识转移绩效测评模型。然后设计问卷并进行网络调查收集数据,利用结构方程方法对模型进行了验证。结果表明:该模型与实际数据基本匹配,度量结构变量的观测变量的设计很合理;知识产权保护对知识转移绩效的影响最大,其次为组织文化;适当的激励机制会使知识转移更有效;组织间相容性对知识转移绩效无显著的直接影响。
