| 摘 要： | 本文构建的信息安全管理系统是为了解决航空公司信息安全风险中的决策风险。分析了国内大中型航空公司信息安全存在的问题,构建了由信息分析、收集子系统,人工神经网络(ANN)子系统和经理信息子系统构成的信息安全管理系统,并分析了信息安全管理系统能够实现的功能。同时,为保障信息安全管理系统的安全运作从安全管理和安全技术两方面建立了安全保障体系。
