| 摘 要： | 西藏有着极为丰富的野生动植物资源和矿产资源,呈现着蓝天碧水和广袤草原,是世界上少有的一片净土。面临中国入世和西部大开发的滚滚热浪,开发与环保的矛盾在西藏异常突出。大开发不是"大开挖",更不是"大破坏",开发与保护不能顾此失彼。应以开放促开发,以开发促保护,走出一条生态效益和经济效益相结合的双赢的可持续发展之路。

| Abstract: | There is lots of abundant propagation resource and mineral resource in Tibet which is unwonted Pure Land in the world. Because of the entry into WTO and the development of west China, the contradiction between the exploitation and the protection is increasing. In the article, we suggest that we should empolder rationally and protect our resource in order to balance the ecosystem and economic benefit. |
