浅谈高职学生档案管理

高职学生档案管理应具有较强的全面性、系统性和实用性。学生档案是学生在校成长中政治思想、品行操守、学业成绩、个人专长以及兴趣爱好等情况的真实记录,是国家和社会选拔任用人才的重要依据,也是学生人事档案形成的重要基础。学生档案管理应严格遵循法律法规,建立健全规章制度以及规范的服务保证体系,同时还要抓好专业化管理人员队伍的建设。
