| 摘 要： | 近年来，淀粉制品产业能够带动农业发展，属朝阳产业。人们对淀粉及淀粉制品的需求也日益增长，同时对淀粉制品的质量问题也更为关注。本文通过对杭州市场上的淀粉及淀粉制品近四年的跟踪调研，并根据相关的检测数据对淀粉制品质量状况做了一个较为全面的比较分析。

| Abstract: | Starch products industry, which is called rising industry, is found to promote development of agriculture in these years. The demands of starch and starch products are increasing, while the quality problems of starch products are paid more close attention. This paper overall analyzed the quality condition of starch products, according to the detection data which got from investigation of starch and starch products in market of Hangzhou in recent four years. |
