| 摘 要： | 本文通过对网络传播与传统传播、网络上个体交流与群体交流的比较分析,提出了在线沟通的传播模式,并以此为依据设计了学生在线沟通状况调查问卷,从而归纳出影响学生在线交流的障碍因素,包括传播者与受传者的经验匹配、网络信任、信息过滤、沟通指向性与沟通形式的选取、网络环境等.案例分析也进一步证实学生在线沟通障碍的存在.最后,本文提出了实现有效沟通的对策,以期对在线沟通的有效实现提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | Through analysis of communications in traditional and online settings,between groups and individuals,this paper proposes a model of online communication.A survey of students' online experiences reveals the barriers in their online communication.We then conducted case studies to further confirm these barriers.Based on the survey and case studies,we propose ways to help students to overcome these barriers and to achieve effective communication. |
