| 摘 要： | 分析了高校科研基础条件区域平台建设与管理的现状，研究这一领域存在的问题，结合《2004-2010年国家科技基础条件平台建设纲要》，探索高等学校科研基础条件区域平台建设与管理的特殊规律，尝试建立适应新时期高校科研基础条件区域平台建设与管理要求的管理体制和运行机制。

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the current situations of the basic condition in the regional platform construction and management of university's scientific research. According to the national outlines for the public basic platform of science and technology set up for 2004-2010, it explored the basic regional platform construction condition and special management of the scientific research in the university. It also tried to set up and meet the basic condition for the regional platform construction and management system and operating mechanism of the management expectancy of university's scientific research in the new era. |
