始于2001年实施的我国基础教育体育与健康课程改革已历时5年,从理论到实践皆出现了一些矛盾甚至偏离,其间的经验和成就固然令人欣慰,但问题和不足同样值得反思。因此,就新体育课程改革的理论基础、现实根基、问题的针对性和可操作性等问题进行质疑性的讨论,旨在为新体育课程的改革完善提供借鉴。

The physical education curriculum reform in elementary and middle school started in 2001.Since then there has been already five years there are many contradictions even departure both in theory and practice,although its experiences and achievements are gratifying,problems worth our rethinking as well.So,this paper discusses some questions such as,the theory base of new physical education curriculum reform,the reality,pertinence,operability of the reform.The discussion tends to offer advices for the new physical education curriculum reform.
