多哈谈判进程缓慢及中止原因探析

多哈回合本应在2005年1月1日结束,但由于种种原因,谈判一度陷入僵局,并于2006年7月24日被迫中止。造成多哈谈判进程缓慢以至中止的主要原因在于该回合自身问题、WTO机制缺陷以及经济全球化加速背景下各国经济发展不平衡和利益冲突。

Probe into the Reasons of the Slow and Then Ceased Doha Round

Doha Round should be finished on January 1,2005.But as a result of all sorts of reasons,the negotiations fell into the deadlock and finally ceased on July 24,2006.Three main reasons can explain the slow and now ceased Round.It happened because of its own reason of Doha Round,the flawed system of WTO itself and the imbalance of the economic development and interest conflict among countries under the circumstances of accelerating globalization.
