| 摘 要： | 合理性的知识结构、多向性的复合能力、一专多能的综合素质,是本科层次应用型人才培养的结构性目标。地方本科院校要提高人才培养质量和办学效益,增强人才的社会适应性与竞争力,必须通过深化教育教学改革,优化以职业生涯为目标导向的知识结构,强化以专业实践能力为核心的能力结构,内化以专业素质为核心的综合素质结构。
