新时代健康促进政策体系构建与高等体育教育改革研究

健康中国行动作为一项国家战略首次被提出，在顶层设计先行的国家治理理念引导下，未来一系列健康促进政策将要出台，在全社会为提升健康而行动起来的同时，国家的健康促进政策体系也在同步构建当中。相比之下，体育院校健康相关的专业设置和课程设置显得薄弱了许多。健康促进政策体系构建不仅是高等体育教育改革契机，同时也为高等体育教育专业、课程改革指明了方向。

Construction of Health Promotion Policy System in the New Era and the Reform of Higher Physical Education

The Healthy China Action was proposed as a national strategy for the first time. Under the guidance of the top-level national governance concept, a series of health promotion policies will be introduced in the future, and the whole society will act to improve health while promoting national health promotion. The policy system is also being built simultaneously. In contrast, the health-related professional settings and curriculum of sports colleges are much weaker. The construction of the health promotion policy system is not only an opportunity for the reform of higher physical education, but also the direction for higher physical education majors and curriculum reform.
