广州市竞赛表演业可持续发展的人力资源体系研究*

通过文献资料、专家访谈、实地考察、案例分析等研究方法，以当前我国竞赛表演业可持续发展的理论与现实基础为分析基点，从新时代体育服务业集聚发展和优化升级的视角出发，较为系统地探究了区域体育竞赛表演业从萌芽到逐步发展壮大的过程、动因和趋势，分析了当前广州市体育竞赛表演业的产业类型、结构与布局、经验与问题，结合美国都市体育竞赛表演业发展的实例，指出了借助国家和省市三级政府在体育竞赛表演业要素聚集和流动方面的政策优势，实现都市体育竞赛表演业快速发展的人力资源体系优化与创新发展，为做大做强区域体育竞赛表演业，从根本上实现城市体育产业结构优化和可持续发展提供了最新的理论和实践支撑。

Human Resources System of Sustainable Development of Urban Competition Performance Industry: Progress and Strategy in Guangzhou

Through the methods of literature review, expert interview, field investigation and case analysis, the theoretical and realistic basis of the sustainable development of the competition and performance industry in China is analyzed, and the regional sports competition is systematically explored from the perspective of the development and optimization of the sports service industry in the new era. The industry type, structure and layout, experience and problems of the current sports competition performance industry in Guangzhou are analyzed from the process, motivation and trend of the competition performance industry to the gradual development and expansion. In the light of the examples of the development of the performance industry in the American urban sports competition, it is pointed out that the three level governments of the state and the province in the sports competition performance industry should be used. The optimal and innovative development of human resources system for the rapid development of urban sports competition performance industry has been achieved by the policy advantages of vegetarian aggregation and flow, which provides the latest theoretical and practical support for the optimization and sustainable development of the urban sports industry structure and the sustainable development of the urban sports competition
