| 摘 要： | 日本近代早期,由于社会转型的需求和当时特殊的社会条件,思想界受西方先进国家政治学说的影响,提出了人民拥有抵抗权的思想学说,主张人民在必要时可对实行专制统治的政府履行抵抗权利.思想家们宣传了人民抵抗权利的正当性,并就抵抗权履行的方式问题展开了讨论.

| Abstract: | In the early modern Japan of social transformation needs and special social conditions,the ideological circle influenced by the political theories of advanced western countries raises the thought of people's resistance right that claims the people's resistance right against autocracy when necessary,of which the ideologists publicize the justification and discuss the ways to put it into effect. |
