高教质量管理体系的产生、运行及其人本化

摘    要:众多高校借鉴ISO9000族标准中蕴涵的教育质量管理观,构建高等教育质量管理体系.但由于过分强调规范化和经济利益,该体系在运行过程中给高校带来了正负两方面影响,故需通过人本化改革对其加以完善,推动高等教育质量水准提升.

Abstract:Allowing for modern education quality opinions in the ISO9000,many universities establish their quality management system of higher education.But because they throw more light on standardization and economic benefits,the system brings forward good and side effects to the universities.So we should better it by humanization reform so as to promote higher education's quality.
