高产蛋白酵母菌的紫外诱变模型的确立和选育

摘    要:从啤酒糟中分离出啤酒酵母菌,分别对其进行紫外诱变,经过筛选得到蛋白酶活性很高的菌株-UV60,其样品中蛋白质含量比未经选育的菌株-UV60,其样品中增加了3.05%,比优质饲料酵母高2.59%,达到18.89%.

Abstract:A strain of beer yeast is isolated from beery distiller's grain. After UV irradiation, a high-yield protein producing strain named UV60, is obtained from its' parent strain. The percentage of protein of the samples is about 18.89% , increased by 3.05% compared with the original strain and by 2.59% compared with the fodder yeast with high quality.
