摘    要:目的:分析检验科血液标本出现误差的原因及探讨应对措施。方法:从我院2018年1月-2020年2月所进行过血液生化检验的血样中随机选取165例血液标本作为研究对象。将检验结果进行回顾性分析,研究探讨检验科血液标本出现误差的原因及应对措施。结果:165例血液标本中有23例标本不合格,不合格率为13.9%,导致血液标本不合格的最主要因素是采集操作不当,总共11例,在不合格血液标本中的占比为47.8%,其次为抗凝剂与血液量比例不当,例数为5例,在不合格血液标本中的占比为21.7%,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:检验科血液标本出现误差的原因主要有采集操作不当、保存时间过长、抗凝剂与血液量比例不当等,而血液检验在临床具有重要意义。因此,应加强注意影响检验结果准确性的相关因素,提高检验正确率,使患者能够及时得到正确的治疗方式。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the causes of errors in blood samples of laboratory and explore the countermeasures.Methods:165 blood samples were randomly selected from blood biochemical tests in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020.The test results were retrospectively analyzed to study the causes and Countermeasures of errors in blood samples.Results:Among 165 cases of blood samples,23 cases were unqualified,the unqualified rate was 13.9%.The main factor leading to unqualified blood samples was improper collection operation,a total of 11 cases,accounting for 47.8% of unqualified blood samples,followed by the improper proportion of anticoagulant and blood volume,5 cases,accounting for 21.7% of unqualified blood samples,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The main reasons for the errors of blood samples in laboratory are improper collection operation,long storage time,improper proportion of anticoagulant and blood volume,and blood test is of great significance in clinic.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the relevant factors that affect the accuracy of the test results,improve the accuracy of the test,so that patients can get the correct treatment in time.
