摘 要: | 从土地利用强度、产出效率、生态效益和可持续利用程度4个方面阐释城镇土地利用集约度内涵,以此构建适合北疆铁路沿线绿洲城镇土地利用集约度评价的指标体系;同时运用GIS空间分析方法与技术对评价结果进行空间分异研究, 并分析了差异产生的原因.

Abstract: | We explain the concept of urban land use intensity in four aspects:land use intensity, output efficiency, eco-efficiency, and sustainable use. We build the urban land use intensity evaluation index system which can be used for oasis cities along the railway line in the north of Xinjiang. Simultaneously we discuss the spatial variation of the results using the GIS spatial analyzed methods and techniques, and analyze the reasons. |
