| 摘 要： | 在分析西部小城镇发展中存在诸多问题的基础上 ,就小城镇发展的途径进行了探讨。指出 :西部小城镇发展应采取的对策 :(1)撤乡并镇 ,扩大建制镇规模 ;(2 )合理规划 ,建设农民新家园 ;(3)以社会分工为契机 ,促进农业产业化 ;(4)以资源优势为基础 ,建设特色城镇。
