大学创新创业教育生态系统的指标构建与权重分析

随着大学创新创业教育的深入推进,构建开放、协同、共生的创新创业教育生态系统成为创新创业教育改革的发展方向。针对当前创新创业教育生态系统概念和内涵有待厘清的现状,可以从教育生态学视野出发,从课程与教学生态、组织生态、环境生态三个维度来审视创新创业教育生态系统。通过对创新创业教育生态系统的构成指标进行隶属度分析,遴选出21项创新创业教育生态系统的构成指标,并通过实证分析发现,教育理念、课程体系、校企合作、协调机制和评价激励等指标在大学创新创业教育生态系统中有较大权重,这为我国大学创新创业教育生态系统构建提供有针对性的参考建议。

Construction of Measurement Index System and Weight Analysis of University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem

The promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities to form an open,collaborative and symbiotic ecosystem has become the trend of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.In order to clarify the current needs of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this study examines the innovation and entrepreneurship education from the perspective of ecosystem theory that involves three dimensions of ecology;education,organization,and environment.Based on the association of the composition indexes of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem,21 composition indexes of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem are selected,and empirical analysis concluded that the education concept,curriculum system,school enterprise cooperation,coordination mechanism and evaluation incentive and other indexes have a greater weight in the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem of universities.These analyses provide tailored reference for the formation of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem of universities in China.
