丙烯硫脲在黄瓜和土壤中的残留消解动态研究

摘    要:为了解丙烯硫脲在黄瓜和土壤中残留消解动态,文章运用高效液相色谱法分别测定江苏、湖南和北京三个地方的黄瓜和土壤中丙烯硫脲的残留量,结果表明丙烯硫脲在黄瓜中半衰期为3.28 d-4.41 d,在土壤中半衰期为3.66 d-6.51 d.其消解符合一级反应动力学模式.

Abstract:For understanding the dynamics of propylenethiourea in Jiangsu,Hunan and Beijing,Propylenethiourea residues of cucumber and soil was determined by HPLC.Results showed that half-lives of degradation for Propylenethiourea existing in cucumber and soil in the three target areas were 3.28d ~4.41d and 3.66d~6.51d respectively,and their digestion-rate was consistent with a Kinetic equation.
