| Abstract: | There are two responsibilities for teachers, they are imparting knowledge and educating people. Young teachers, as an important component in the college teacher ranks, should try hard to improve the moral accomplishment of oneself, thus to lay the foundation for imparting knowledge and educating people. It has theoretical and practical significance for developing education and society advancement to improve the morality fostering for young college teachers. |
