| 摘 要： | 本文从我国国情出发，提出了在当前条件下，技术创新以模仿创新为主进而实现技术跨越的观点。借鉴韩国快速发展的经验，在模仿创新过程中必须重视政府的作用。文中从创造良好的社会和市场环境，推动引进购买模型模仿创新，培育、扶持大企业集团，以及支持中小企业发展4个方面对这一问题进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | According to the reality of our country, the author insists that we should gain leapfrogging by imitation. However, learning from Korea, we must make government play a great role in the process of imitation, including giving a impulse to imitation, fostering large-scale enterprises, encouraging the development of medium-small enterprises and creating an ideal environment. |
