| 摘 要： | 质量是高等教育的生命线。近来年,基于Web的远程教育方式的兴起,人们对其质量投以更多的关注目光。文章从质量的定义、高等教育质量观出发,得出基于Web的远程教育质量的内核。进而提出基于Web的远程教育质量管理的三点原则。

| Abstract: | Quality is a lifeline of higher education. Over these years, as the web-based distance education booming up, its quality has gained more and more attention. On the basis of the concept of quality and quality philosophies in higher education, this article introduces the kernel of web-based distance education quality. In addition, from the perspective of quality management, three suggestions about quality management in web-based distance education are presented. |
