| 摘 要： | 人口发展趋势直接影响教育发展趋势。1991年以来，陕西省人口出生率持续下降，1998年以来小学入学人数持续减少，而目前各类教育机构特别是大学、高中正在继续扩招，不久的将来，势必会出现结构性矛盾。我们必须认清形势，从现在起逐步调整办学规模与办学思路，保证陕西省的各类教育健康、持续、良性发展。

| Abstract: | The trend of population development directly influences the trend of education development. Since 1991, the birthrate in Shannxi Province has been decreasing; and since 1998,the enrollment in primary schools has been cut down.Meanwhile, higher education institutions, esp. universities and high-schools, are expanding, which result in a structural conflict in the near future. We must have a clear understanding of the current situation and adjust models and thoughts for running a school. Only by this way, a healthy, sustainable and well-ordered education circumstantance can be guaranteed. |
