摘 要: | 推进高职院校师资队伍建设,关键是完善制度设计。通过借鉴年功序列机制、选择扁平化的科层结构组织、建立宽带津贴制度、加大人力资本投资力度等,形成长期稳定机制、管理机制、竞争机制、投资机制等,有效推进高院院校师资队伍建设。

It can advance the construction of teaching - team efficiently by drawing experience of Seniority System, choosing Flat - styled Bureaucracy, establishing Allowance - Broadbanding Systen and increasing human capital investment. |
