地方高校文化产业应用型人才培养探析——以邯郸学院为例

文化产业专业教育在我国起步较晚,通过对部分地方本科院校该专业的调查发现,存在专业建设和人才培养体系不完善等诸多问题。许多高校师资力量薄弱,在人才培养上找不准定位,课程体系大而空,文章从培养应用型人才的角度出发,针对完善文化产业课程体系,加强教师队伍建设,强化学生岗位培训等问题提出一些建议和对策,为培养文化产业应用型人才培养服务。

Analysis of Local University Culture Industry Application Talents

The cultural industry professional education starts late in our country.A lot of problems exist in professional construction and human resource development according to the investigation of many graduate school,such as teachers strength weak,inaccuracy orientation of personnel training,and ‘large but specious’ in curriculum system.This paper proposes some suggestions and countermeasures of perfecting the cultural industry course,building the group of teachers,strengthening student’s post training.Finally the method of bring up applied talent puts forward for serving cultural industry.
