酒店管理校内生产性实训基地教学管理探讨

高职高专酒店管理专业务实性很强,该专业学生在学好理论知识的基础上,还必须积累一定的酒店管理实践经验。酒店管理校内生产性实训基地的存在就是为了锻炼酒店管理专业学生的实践经验。通过讨论分析当前酒店管理校内生产性实训基地存在的问题,从四个方面提出了完善酒店管理生产性实训基地的建议,希望对酒店管理专业的学生有所帮助。

An Inquiry into the Teaching Management in School Practice Base of Hotel Management

Hotel management major in higher vocational education is of very strong practicality,so the students should also accumulate certain experience in hotel management on the basis of theoretical knowledge.School productive training base for hotel management exists for training students majoring in hotel management experience.Through analyzing the existing problems in current hotel management school productive training base,this paper puts forward recommendations from four aspects to improve productive training base for hotel management,hoping to help students majoring in hotel management.
