摘 要: | 学生是学习的主人,应确定学生的主人翁地位,唤起他们自主管理的意识。本文阐述了自主管理的相关概念,探讨了学生自主管理理论,设计了团队活动中的学生自主管理模式,最后总结了自主管理的意义,使其具有普遍的指导意义。
