| 摘 要： | 管理者管理理念的滞后、管理者管理手段的落后、教学条件不能满足现代教学管理要求、管理对象自身素质存在不足等是全日制专业学位硕士管理工作中面临的问题或困难。本文结合全日制专业学位硕士的培养目标就这些问题的成因作了深入的分析。

| Abstract: | Problems or difficulties exsit in the management of full-time professional degree,including the lag of the managers＇ management concepts,the backwardness of the management tools,teaching conditions not meeting the modern teaching management requirements,and the quality deficiency of the managed object.In this paper,the causes of these problems are analyzed deeply with the training objectives of full-time professional degree. |
