摘    要:存在主义教育哲学观在教育目的上注重个体存在,强调自由、选择与责任,在师生关系上主张"我与你"的对话关系,在教学方法上提倡苏格拉底式教学、个别化教育等;其对高职院校辅导员工作的启示:培养、提升学生的人文素养,强化责任教育,提倡平等、民主、信任的师生对话关系。

Enlightenment of Existentialist Education Philosophy on Tutoring in Polytechnics

Abstract:Existentialist education philosophy aims at the development of students' personality,and gives credit to their freedom,choice as well as sense of responsibility.It advocates equal dialogical relationship between teachers and students,and teaching methods like Socratic method and individualized education.Its enlightenment on tutoring in polytechnics lies in the cultivation and improvement of students' humanistic quality,the education of students' sense of responsibility,and the support of dialogical relationship between teachers and students on the equal,democratic and trusting basis.
