谈护理心理学中护士职业心理素质的教学

随着社会的进步,医学的模式逐步由生物医学模式转变为生物——心理——社会医学模式,现代社会对护士的整体素质尤其是职业心理素质提出了更高的要求。本文阐述了在护士职业心理素质教学中如何激发学生热爱护理专业,怎样联系临床实际,引导学生自觉地、有意识地培养自己良好职业心理素质的方法,即让学生明确护士角色人格的现代形象,以临床实例说明护士应有的职业心理素质等。

On the Teaching of Occupation Mental Quality of Nurses in Nursing Psychology

With social development,the mode of medical science is gradually transforming from biomedical science to the mode integrated with biology, psychology and society, so the current social need of nurses＇ comprehensive quality is higher, especially psychological quality.This paper discusses on how to stimulate students＇ love of nursing major in the teaching of occupation mental quality,as well as how to connect it with clinical practice, and how to guide students to independently cultivate their good occupation mental quality, so as help students make clear the modern images of nurses.
