高校院系级层面开展“青马工程”的实践与探索

青年马克思主义者培养工程启动五年,已进入经验总结、理论提升、拓展创新的重要阶段。本文在分析当前高校实施＂青马工程＂的成效和制约因素基础上,重点剖析了高校在院系级层面实施＂青马工程＂的重要意义,并结合北京联合大学在院系级层面推进＂青马工程＂的实践经验,提出了创新培养模式和教育载体,提升普遍培养效果,深化理论学习,强化实践教育,探索长效机制等突出院系级层面特点的青年马克思主义者培养模式和发展机制。

The Practice and Exploration to Youth Marxist Trai-ning Project in College and Department Level of Univ-ersity

Youth Marxist training project launched five years, and it has already entered the important stage of summarizing theory, improving theory, developing innovation.Based on the analysis of the effectiveness and constraints on the ＂Youth Mar-xist training project＂ by the universities currently, the article is focusing on the important significance of carrying out ＂Youth Marxist training project＂ in college and department level. Combined with the Beijing Union University in the college level to promote ＂Youth Marxist training project＂ practical exp- erience,we put forward innovation training mode and education, promotion universal cultural effect, deepening theory study, st- rengthening practice education,exploring a long-term mechanism of such prominent faculty level characteristics of Youth Marxist training model and development mechanism.
